This is the form to use to RSVP as a participant in the upcoming MerpCon. MerpCon takes place the last weekend of July each year. For MerpCon IV, this means it is on July 25th, 26th, and 27th. With pre-convention on Thursday July 24th and post convention on Monday July 28th. See the Schedule page for details on the times (also see the detailed times in this registration form to indicate which events you plan to attend).

If you're not sure you can make it or not, just select that this is a tentative registration, versus a definite registration. If you will be joining a gaming session, before to fill out your preferences there as well. Enjoy!

Please select any food preferences or restrictions you may have. MerpCon does not control what food types are brought to the event, so if you have severe food proximity allergies (such as nuts), please be aware we can not make any guarantees that such allergens will not be at the event (very likely in fact). However, if catering or food is provided, this list will help us in determining what menu options to offer.
Where will you be residing during the event? Local resident means you already reside in the greater Spokane/WA or Coeur d'Alene area and will not be residing elsewhere during the event. Friend or Family means you will be staying at a friend's or family's location. Hotel/Motel means you will be staying at a hotel or motel in the area. Hostel means you have made arrangements to "crash" at somebody's place (such as Hawke's) during the event. Unkown means you do not yet know where you will be staying. Other means it is not listed, but you know. For Unkown or Other, please provide additional information in the comments section.

Here is the schedule of the actual convention. All are welcome to join in. You do not need to select any of these if you already selected the earlier "Attending Entire Event" or "Attending All Main Events".
This is the schedule planned for Day 2 of the convention. Note that the Breakfast/Social is not required. If you would like to attend the breakfast/social, you are welcome, but there may be some added costs for non-volunteers attending. Other than the breakfast, you do not need to select the other times if you already selected "Entire Event" or "All Main Events" earlier.
This is the schedule planned for Day 3 of the convention. Note that the Breakfast/Social is not required. If you would like to attend the breakfast/social, you are welcome, but there may be some added costs for non-volunteers attending. Other than the breakfast, you do not need to select the other times if you already selected "Entire Event" or "All Main Events" earlier.
This is the post-convention sign up. Everyone is welcome to attend, but the convention itself "officially" end prior to this around Sunday 5:00 pm so that participants can catch flights and drives home before their Monday work day. Anyone who is not a volunteer helper is asked to cover any additional costs incurred for the dinner (if applicable). Various events, drawings, movie-clips, etc. will be occurring, but the main purpose is just time to hang out and talk, especially with any special guests still in attendance.
Please feel free to provide any comments, questions, or issues related to the main schedule here.

Any additional final comments here. How did the form work for you? Any other features or choices you would like to see added? Any other comments or questions?
Legalese
This section covers the various disclaimers and legal notices necessary.
(Required)
I hereby swear that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I have my parent/guardian consent to fill out and send this form, as well as to attend this event. Please note, anyone under 18 wishing to attend this event must either have their parent/guardian with them at the event, or have a written document signed by their parent/guardian (and notorized) giving approval for the minor to participate in this event. This is only necessary to participate in the gaming sessions. None of this is necessary if only attending guest speaking events.
(Required)
I hereby acknowledge that I am submitting this RSVP with the understanding that I will endeavor to the best of my ability and circumstances, to attend this event.
(Required)
I understand that I must make my own travel, food, and lodging arrangements. Resource information may be provided by the event organizers when possible, but I understand it is ultimately up to me to take care of my own provisioning. All discussion and gaming-related material WILL be supplied by the event organizers (paper, pencils, dice, rulebooks, etc.), but food, drinks, etc. may or may not be available at the event location, so it is up to me to provide my own food or drink for myself during the event.
(Required)
I understand and agree that no alcohol, or illegal drugs will be permitted on the premises. I also understand that bringing any such substances, or coming to the event under the influence, will mean summarily being ejected from the event and escorted off the event property.
(Required)
I understand and agree that the event organizers are in no way liable for any expenses I may incur related to this event, even if the event is canceled at the last moment (however unlikely), that the event organizers are in no way liable for any costs incurred, including travel tickets, hotel/motel fees, gasoline, etc.
(Required)
I understand the event organizer's privacy policy is to not use my contact information for any other reason than contacting me about this event, and that my information will not be disseminated to any other entities.
Please state the likelihood of your follow through on attending this event. Please note that only those who select "Fairly Firm" or "Committed" are likely to have a completely prepared character based on their preferences. Anyone selecting "Tentative" or "Wishful Thinking" will probably have to use a "generic" pre-made character, unless you contact us at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE the event verifying you will be attending. This gives the volunteers sufficient time to turn your data into a prepared character sheet(s).

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this RSVP form. This really helps significantly in having everything prepared for the event and making it a more enjoyable and smoother running event for all concerned.
