Hurry and Vote for Tolkien Moot 2010 Schedule
We are considering moving TolkienMoot to a different weekend than previously. In the past it was the last weekend of July. But we are looking at other (and hopefully better) alternatives. Please quickly make your vote from the poll on which weekends you would most likely attend. Notice the dates with asterisks, those are preferred/recommended weekends. Also note the weekends that conflict with other known events.

Slight Schedule changes
Just a few slight schedule changes have come up, mostly related to the guest speaker sessions, so those of you planning only to attend those sessions, please make a note of these adjustments, this applies to both onsite, and online audience members.
Reserve Accommodations ASAP
Summer is a very busy time in Spokane, and most of the hotels and motels fill up early. So do not delay in arranging for accommodations right away. This page provides some possible locations to consider, though the list is by no means exhaustive. MerpCon is being held at the Apple Tree Inn in North Spokane, so that is the most convenient location. See the Accomodations page for updates to the list. This news posting will not be kept updated, but that page will be kept up to date: http://www.merpcon.com/about/accommodations.
